Specialized skills in custom modification, and pioneer mechanics. He prevails in eccentricity, and outclasses with avant-garde flair. He refuses to do the same work twice, for he abhors a lack of originality and duplication.

A modified version of the combat boot, to which he has bedecked in his customary expertise [ similar to [link] ]. They feature large buckles, and an impressive amount of silver, most notably highlighted in the various scopes of spikes which jut from the toe, and surround the heel. The wheels are thick, and saw-toothed, making them exceptional for all terrain, though their weighty appearance does not contribute to speed. Since he no longer rides for sport, he has chosen fashion over swiftness. Though he can increase his aerodynamics with body posturing and manipulating his center of gravity.

Contrary to his bright and dramatic wardrobe, Raiden is actually an impressively intolerant man. He does not easily bear obnoxious personalities, and is more likely to find any source of company that is not completely independent, irritating. Not fond of being clung too, he favors self-sufficiency and battle-savvy in others. He is a very self-righteous creature, and thinks himself deserving of the best, both in materials and in his peers. If he does not find something clearly admirable or interesting, he will quickly shunt it from his life; however, the exception to this rule remains in anything fashion or music related. He is a man of creation, and has intense idolatry for the artistic spectrum.

In the fabric of his rather convoluted disposition, Raiden can be quite confusing to try and read or interpret. He rarely ever shows any emotion, his face a deadpan, with the only resource for his feelings the intense silverness of his eyes, and his actions. Though not abashed to verbalize his disgust or abhorrence for people, in certain situations ( which would branch spirits of anxiety or anxiousness, even fondness ) his body language is the key to his quiet and hidden turmoil. In most circumstances of fretfulness, or frustration, his first response will always be to smoke. In the rare times when he wishes to show a level of care or affection, he will do something subtle or quietly; but always to benefit that person. The exception, of course, is music. He is unable to suppress his happiness for his passions.

In the days before his career as a musician and singer, he aspired for fame. It was when he stumbled upon the hushed world of riders that he had once devised a plan to attain that dream through the fiery competition of wheels. He delved into learning about it; and as he submerged himself in the lifestyle, he realized that a stepping stone to his aspiration could be gained. The more recognition he could receive as a rider, the more popular he would become -- the more followers could be attained. A rise in his admiration would mean a gateway into the world he desired, for idolatry could be easily transitioned once held. During every battle, his opening would always be his songs. He would perform for the masses which gathered under the interest of watching the defeat of others, and in doing so, he soon became known as the singing rider, which led to his nickname ‘pipes’.

He rose through the ranks quickly, and sometime after becoming A-class, he was approached by a fellow rider, who had connections in the music business. Without hesitation, Raiden accepted his offer, and left his riding behind. However, he did not completely depart from riding, he simply hung up the competition in favor of a more sedimentary role; a tuner, which wouldn’t interfere with his career. During meets, he still performs for the secreted world, and despite offers to become the tuner of many, he has refused. He looks for a similar spirit, someone who has a dream. Since he had already realized his own, he felt a need to help another realize theirs. Though being extremely intolerant and picky, he only recognizes those of worth. He seeks to be impressed.
